The young golfer can count on numerous prominent cheerleaders as she starts her LPGA debut later this week.

This teenage golfer, who happens to be the granddaughter of Donald Trump, received a tournament invitation to play at Florida's Annika event in the Sunshine State.

The former president, an avid golfer, owns numerous international courses and frequently competes against his granddaughter.

"He's pretty good. I can't say much but we have competitive games," she revealed.

Kai explained that her grandfather, who won't be present, told her: "Just avoid anxiety."

"He basically suggested to go out there and have fun," she continued.

"From my perspective, he's just an ordinary family member. He won't be there this weekend. He's busy with presidential duties, making him somewhat preoccupied."

Being non-professional, the golfer has competed in just three tournaments recently and maintains position 461 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.

Yet she can receive tips from Tiger Woods, who is dating Vanessa.

"He represents the greatest golfer globally," Kai expressed.

"And he's a more impressive individual. He told me to go out there, relax, and go with whatever happens."

She'll challenge multiple top competitors in women's golf at the Annika, including world number two Nelly Korda, England's Charley Hull, professional Thompson and last year's winner Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers stated that her participation exposes the sport to new audiences, specifically reaching the next generation.

The social media influencer has substantial online presence and has started her own apparel and wellness label.

She begins at 17:30 GMT.
