The children's author David Walliams lost his contract with publishing house.
Acclaimed children's author and TV personality David Walliams is no longer with his longtime publishing house, as confirmed by the firm.
A spokesman for the company commented: "Following a thorough review, and under the leadership of its fresh leadership, HarperCollins UK has chosen to cease publishing any new titles by David Walliams."
Media sources suggest that the decision was taken subsequent to an investigation into claims about conduct deemed unsuitable directed at female individuals.
The company declined to specify the reasons for its decision, stating: "We refrain from speaking about private personnel issues."

The debut children's novel from Walliams, *The Boy in the Dress*, was released through HarperCollins fifteen years ago.
Some of his books, for example *Gangsta Granny* and *Billionaire Boy*, have also been adapted into small-screen adaptations.
To date, he has released over four dozen titles altogether, encompassing a holiday title titled *Santa & Son*, which came out under HarperCollins last autumn.
A Dual Career
He first rose to fame on the television comedy show *Little Britain* and has also won National Television Awards for his duties as an arbiter on *Britain's Got Talent*.
He was awarded an OBE in 2017 in recognition of his work for philanthropic and artistic endeavors.
